Timberline

Timberline saw the successful development of 28 blocks at a premium hilltop location in The Gap. 

With lots ranging in size from 475m2 to 2057m2, Timberline overlooks more than a hectare of leafy bushland reserve, offering a selection of aspect, outlook and price.

Timberline was completed in 2011 with a development value of $11 million, and was a finalist in the 2012 UDIA Qld Boral Awards.
