Kula at Mt Coolum

Through the collaboration of some of Australia's best coastal architects, the $35 million development was completed in January 2015 and consists of 64 creative two and three level attached, semi-detached and free-standing townhouses.

Designed by BASE Architecture, BVN Architecture, Architectus and Davis Sommerville, each architect has created their own style of beach home, but when combined, the overall community is truly unique to the Sunshine Coast.
