Construction is pushing ahead onsite at Bohemia West End. Works are advancing on internal fit outs to apartments up to level 8 and rooftop works have also been making great progress, with the pool fencing now in and tiling commenced. 
 
Works on the external facades have also commenced and are progressing well. By Christmas, Sommer & Staff aim to have some of the scaffolding down to the southern facade, which will be an exciting milestone for the project to reach. 

Due to construction delays outside of our control, we are anticipating a March completion.
